Your internship

You will be part of the Corporate Strategy team, which drives the definition of Proximus overall strategy, supports executive management in decision making and helps to coordinate company-critical projects.

You will act as an internal consultant/advisor to the different business units and to senior Proximus management.

You report to a strategy manager, as part of the Centre of Excellence - Group Strategy & M&A.
You support the mobilization of cross-functional project teams and help to bring answers to complex strategic questions.
You participate in the development, communication and execution of our annual strategic planning exercise.

You support in the presentation and cascading of our strategy so that all employees, partners, contractorsunderstand the corporate strategic plan and how it carries out the company's overall goals.

As part of the Corporate Strategy team, you contribute to the development of an insights-driven, analytical company culture.
You study the industry trends and market dynamics, including benchmarking of other Telecom Operators. You think in scenarios and see patterns in complex situations.

Your profile
You communicate effectively, orally and in writing. You have excellent interpersonal skills.
You work effectively in project teams with a wide variety of backgrounds.
You work autonomously within set objectives, while being at ease with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
You are result oriented, bold and courageous without being pushy or arrogant. You are passionate about the challenges and opportunities brought by technology and innovation. You like to challenge the status quo and common beliefs.

Education and language proficiency
1st year or 2nd year master student in Business Administration or Engineering
Fluent in English with at least a working knowledge of French or Dutch
