Junior Business Analyst Source2Pay

Mission:


In an Agile framework, you will integrate the S2P squad as business analyst/process engineer to contribute to ensure the business continuity the implementation of the value-chain S2P.

The objective is to support the end-users and ensure the proper functioning of the tools and process.

Currently, the value-chain is based on 2 main streams:


  • Procurement activities supported by Ivalua, Netive, Archibus
  • P2P activities supported by SAP solution


You will contribute to important changes but also manage small changes, recurrent tasks and incidents in collaboration with other squad members and end-users.


Function description:


  • You work in close collaboration with the relevant experts to support and challenge them with defining the product concept, detailed processes and/or conceptual and functional architecture?
  • You define the acceptance criteria of Opuses and Features for which you are in the lead?
  • You work in close collaboration with the (Squad) Product Owner and development team during the refinement of Features to ensure they consistently have all necessary information?
  • You provide support during business and user testing and assist with the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable?
  • You continuously challenge and improve existing processes to increase customer experience, efficiency & compliance with policies and regulations?
  • You make and maintain sufficient (simple, understandable, easy consulting, ) documentation needed for a uniform execution, incident solving and support?
  • You periodically review the documentation to make sure they are still reflecting the reality and comply with necessary requirements from control functions (Legal, Compliance, Permanent Control,)

Language requirements:


  • You have a good knowledge of
    Dutch or French and
    English

Required:

Technical experience:


Mandatory:

IVALUA knowledge

  • Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods
  • Good expertise in MS Office

Preferable:


  • General financial background
  • Procurement and Cost accounting activities
