Job Description The department**Within Infrastructure Operations, the Service Delivery department is responsible for making all client connections to the Eurofiber fiber-optic network. To this end, we use a project and process-based working method that enables us to work reliably and efficiently.

The position
As an order manager, you are responsible for informing our clients about ongoing projects. You work closely with the various Project Managers in charge of managing our contractors.

You are responsible for:

Client operational startup
Following up on project information and reporting this information
Processing changes in ongoing assignments
Maintaining interim contact with the client; you keep them informed of the status of their project
Sending Ready For Service notifications to clients
Checking and processing the network administration
Analyzing data and seeing how we can improve current practices

As Order Manager, you are also end-to-end responsible for the regular projects assigned to you.

In this role, you report to the Team Leader Order Management.

Qualifications

You work and think at a Bachelor's level or have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative or processoriented position.
You proactively monitor the completion of projects assigned to you.
You have notions of project management processes.
You are fluently bilingual in FR-NL and have a good command of English, both verbal and written.
You possess good numerical acumen, have a client and serviceoriented work attitude, have a handson attitude, and like to think along with the organization.
Experience working in a matrix structure is a plus.
You have a good command of MS Office and learn new systems quickly.
