Your role & responsibilities
- General administrative of loading and unloading data
- Format CMRs and other transport documents
- Updating transport data database
- Stock followup
- Follow up quality incidents according to procedures
- Counter function for drivers
Schedule
- 4 weeks early shift : Mo till Fri u (on Thursday until 14.30)
- Followed by 1 week late shift: Mo till Fri on Thursday as of 11.30)
- Sometimes 1 week day shift

Karveelstraat, Zeebrugge
Your profile
The following qualities describe you:
- Bachelor or equivalent through experience
- MS office
- Accurate, accurate and fast
- Dutch and English: fluent
- Assertive, proactive
