- Strategic Alignment: Ensure the technical roadmap aligns with the company's vision and goals. Address the needs of agile teams for effective customer value delivery.
- Empower Digital Teams: Provide autonomy to digital teams for decision-making while maintaining a consistent way of working. Facilitate the delivery of scalable solutions.
- Team Leadership: Lead tech leads, fostering a collaborative culture. Equip the team with necessary skills and resources. Communication and stakeholder management are crucial components.
- Collaboration with Architecture: Work closely with the architecture team to align technical decisions with architectural principles.
- Modernization of Digital Technology Stack: Drive modernization of Telenet's Digital technology stack covering front-end, back-end, infrastructure, CI/CD, Personalization, and communications.
- Innovation within Digital: Implement new digital development practices to enhance customer experience.
- Strong technical background in Digital technology and architecture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of modern digital technologies and best practices.
- Understanding of full SDLC in a scale agile environment.
