Required experience / knowledge:

Experience as Scrum Master, in leading squads in a complex changing environment

Technical experience:

Mandatory:
-o Knowledge of Agile Framework and Scrum methodology
o Experience with Agile concepts- o Knowledge Unix & Linux Environment- o WebSphere experience- o Operating system, : Aix, Unix, Linux, Database oracle / SQL- o Experience in a second line supportPreferable:

o Windows Server, Mainframe
o Cloud environment- o Good understanding of automated batch scheduling : Control/M Distributed (scripting)
Business experience:

Mandatory:
knowledge of agile methodology
