THE SCOPE


With 30 years of history, today Gaming1 is one of the international leaders in both land-based and online games of chance (casino games, sports betting and poker).

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Group Finance Process Owner who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the finance process within our organization.

You will work closely with the CFO, Finance Director, and other stakeholders to ensure that financial processes are streamlined, efficient, and effective.


YOUR ROLE
-
Ensure effective and efficient management of finance processes including month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial closes, internal and external reporting, and the creation of financial statements.

Manage internal business stakeholders, external providers, and international joint-ventures and partners to ensure up-to-date and aligned financial reporting

Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and identify opportunities for cost savings or revenue generation

Manage the organization's financial systems, including accounting software and financial reporting tools, to ensure that they are effective and efficient.

Develop, document and
maintain the standard global financial processes across the organization.

Organize adequate back-up planning to ensure business continuity

Responsible for managing financial audits and ensuring that audit findings are appropriately addressed and resolved.


YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven working experience in
    Financial Controlling or Accounting:
  • Good
    affinity with systems and technology (e.g. MD365, cloud-based revenue sharing tools and PowerBI)

Leadership skills: person must demonstrate ability to lead a team

Senior management communication: build relations with senior business management and
-
Communicate in an insightful and concise manner with senior G1 management
-
Takes ownership and responsibility, works independently, is reliable, has a strong problem-solving mindset, expresses significant concerns and issues upfront
-
Proactive and independent work ethic is considered a strong plus
