OF THE TASKS AND THE SCOPE OF COMPETITION

The following tasks will be performed:

Plan, implement, upgrade, maintain DevSecOps pipelines
Management and automation tools.
Promote the usage of DevSecOps methodologies for IT projects.
Architect and design API Security, Container Security, Cloud Security
Participate to the maintenance of technical specifications related to transport and messaging protocols and their implementation in software

LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Master's degree of 5 years.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
The following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above-listed tasks:

Very good knowledge of IT Security Principles, best practices and industry standards
Ability to understand and handle complex concepts and technologies efficiently and fast
Ability to give business and technical presentations to large audiences and conveying information concisely
Ability to cope with fast changing technologies applied for Infrastructure Security Testing, Vulnerability Assessment and Management, and other related areas, and staying up to date with lates industry trends
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicat complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Analysis and problemsolving skills including ability to identify and address security risks and vulnerabilities
Capability to write clear and structured technical documents and presentation content
Ability to participate in technical meetings with excellent communication skills

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE
The following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:

Experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user Information Systems
Experience in establishing and managing deployment pipelines and release management
Experience with DevOps containers or serverless/orchestration tools (ie: Docker, Ansible, Terraform, buildpacks, Kubernetes, etc.)
Good knowledge in at least one programming language (JAVA, Python, Bash, etc.)
Good knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Bash, Powershell, etc)
Good knowledge in conducting DevSecOps in an agile work environment
Good knowledge in cloud security architecture and security requirements
Good knowledge in black box and white box testing (OWASP, HP Fortify, etc.)
Good knowledge of continuous delivery and Application Lifecycle Management tools (JIRA, Git, Bamboo, Nexus, etc.)
Good knowledge with secret management tools (CyberArk, Hashicorp Vault, etc.)
Good knowledge with Monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Splunk etc.)
Good knowledge in the Cloud (Aws, Azure, Google, OVH etc.)
Good communication skills

Optional expertise (advantage):

Knowledge of enterprise messaging platforms and protocols: Weblogic, OSB, Kafka
Knowledge of digital signature and encryption with X509 certificates, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).

CERTIFICATIONS & STANDARDS

Mandatory certifications (at least one of):

Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP) certification
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional
Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert
Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, or equivalent to be approved by the Commission
