European company active in the pharmaceutical & medical sector. They are one of the market leaders in Europe. They develop medications as well as products in domains such as cardiology, pediatry, etc. For years, they have been succesfully growing as a company and team. Although multinational, they have a nice, warm, down-to-earth and motivating team atmosphere Today, they are lucky to announce a new job opening, and are therefore looking for a new 'Event & Office Assistant' to reinforce their team in Machelen

As the Event & Office Assistant, you will:

  • Assist with the planning of events & congresses
  • Assist with the creation of presentation materials (powerpoints, documents, layouts,...)
  • Management the agenda of the Marketing Manager (plan meetings, send reminders, followup on planning,...)
  • Help the team administratively with marketing projects
  • Update the website with internal and external communications
  • Manage the general mailbox & incoming calls (dispatch when needed to the right person)

The Successful Applicant:


  • Excellent level of Dutch & French
  • You are able to understand English and read it
  • Bachelor in office management, management assistant, or equivalent
  • Experience in administration is a plus, not a must
  • You are earger to learn, and motivated to develop your skills
  • You are proactive, with a handson mentality (you like to get things done)
  • You are resultoriented
  • You are a good team player, but you can work also autonomously
