Gent, 50% remote
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers;
- Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques;
- Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines;
- Coaches the Scrum team in selforganization, crossfunctional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team;
- Works with R and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role;
- Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
SKILLS
- Certification and several years of experience as Scrum Master, preferably from several global organizations;
- Proven track record in establishing and scaling agile methodologies in tech teams and larger organizations;
- Experience in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban,) and agile tools;
- Experience of Scrum and/or Agile ways of working;
- Experience in Azure DevOps, Jira or equivalent (backlog management).

- Excellent communication and people skill;
- Very good organizational skills;
- Assertiveness and a wellstructured way of working;
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fastpaced environment;
- Agile mindset with persistence and passion.
