the city center of Brussels.

the city center of Brussels.
Our client is active in the
Beverages sector.

The responsibilities for this function as
Office Assistant are:

  • You are responsible for internal and external communication (telephone, mails, );
  • You manage the director's calendar;
  • You manage Health and Safety requirements (first aid, safety and fire training/procedures;
  • You are responsible for the general administration of the office;
  • You support the HR's team with the onboarding of new employee;
  • You welcome visitors and guests;
  • You prepare meetings;
  • You order office supplies;
  • You organise events and business trips;
  • You manage billing, PO and invoicing.

The required qualifications for the position as
Office Assistant are:

  • You have an excellent knowledge of English, French, Dutch;
  • You have a few years of experience in Office Management and Executive Assistant;
  • You are an advanced user of MS Office/ Knowledge of SAP is a must;
  • You have excellent communication and organisational skills;
  • You take initiative and are a quick learner;
  • You are a team player;
  • You pay attention to details and are motivated;
  • You are immediately available.
