The 3D Systems site in Leuven is looking for a skilled Production Planner responsible for optimizing production
capacity and throughput. As Production Planner, you're essential and form the bridge between the needs of
the client and those of production. You will work within the Supply Chain team and report to the Supply Chain
Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create an optimal, achievable, levelled production plan based on all available information such

as production orders, capacity, material & tool availability, and adjust the plan on a regular basis
after discussion or feedback from stakeholders

Follow up on issues and challenges faced in production and undertake necessary actions
Communicate potential risks related to the production pipeline and give recommendations to

management
Develop good communication and relation with production and quality control staff and other

departments to ensure smooth collaboration and support
Define, update and analyse KPIs measuring production and planning execution, and define the

improvement plan and associated actions
Perform capacity analysis and play a key role in the implementation on the S&OP process
Implement and drive continuous improvement activities related to production planning

PROFILE
Bachelor or Master degree
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Planning
Solid understanding of production planning and forecasting with the ability to undertake

improvement initiatives
Positive attitude, organized, analytical, detail-oriented with the ability to think strategically
Strong problem-solving skills communication skills to convey ideas, decisions, advise and build

relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Good knowledge of Dutch and English language
APICS certification, Six Sigma certification, lean knowledge and PowerBi experience are a plus
Experience working in ISO 13485 organization is a plus
