To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Traffic Clerk (temporary until end of

  • Inbound: provide correct information regarding incoming goods, follow up on all shipments, take care of customs reporting
  • Outbound: administrative followup of orders and shipments in such a way that this is done with a minimum of costs and a maximum of service
  • Receiving incoming and outgoing goods
  • Informing about arrival times of goods and ensuring that these goods are delivered on time.
  • Passing on arrival times of goods to the person who ordered them and to the warehouse
  • Input and keep data up to date arrival of goods and cost followup
  • Ordering trucks and containers for the shipment of reusable packaging materials
  • Maintaining the complete administration for these export shipments, preparing invoices and delivery notes and following up cost notes. Provide and obtain information related to import and export shipments to Yazaki affiliates. Collecting, checking, entering and reporting data related to customs formalities
  • Arrange shipments
  • Planning shipments in such a way that a maximum of goods is sent out with a minimum of transport costs
  • Compiling shipments and informing carriers
  • Drafting and checking documents for national and international transport: waybills, loading plans and customs documents (EUR1, ATR, certificate of origin and declaration of origin)
  • Arrange, follow up and adjust shipments
  • Informing customers about the delivery of goods
  • You have at least 23 years of experience in logistics
  • You have a degree in the field of logistics or supply chain
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch & have a strong knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of French and German are a great advantage
  • You have knowledge of transport procedures and processes, customs formalities
