The assignment

As a Functional Analyst, you will:
translate the needs of the business into concrete requirements.

- discuss these requirements with the different ICT teams to build, test and deliver the solution on time, in line
- with the ICT agile processes.
- be involved in the support and maintenance of the environment.
- as part of your training, to better understand the underlying mechanisms, you will be involved in the
- support and challenge exiting and new solutions.

As a Project Manager, you will:
define and maintain an up-to-date comprehensive committed project plan which identifies project deliverables,

- work breakdown structure & planning, resources, risks & dependencies.
- coordinate, motivate, encourage, facilitate and support the project team stakeholders in achieving the project
- objectives.
- manage/coordinate ICT Vendors (software, hardware & consultancy) who are involved in the project.
- bring key elements for decision making to the steerco, indicating their impact and presenting potential
- alternatives.
- ensure that the necessary change management actions are taken (communication, training, post go live
- support,...)
- be end-to-end responsible for the preparation & successful realization/delivery of the features assigned to
- him/her in line with the project objectives, scope, budget & timeline as defined in the project charter.

Required knowledge and skills

You have a master's degree, preferably in computer science or engineering.
Your strong analytic and problemsolving skills enable you to interpret customer requirements and issues.
You are a team player and with your nononsense attitude, you coordinate your team to get the job done.
You are a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with internal ICT colleagues as well as with external development resources.
You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

Working hybrid (from home and onsite) is a possibility. Taking into the team agreements, working from home 2/3 days per week is possible;
