We are looking for a
Wellbeing Manager that will help our members to be healthier, to feel better and to enjoy a richer life.

If so, we want YOU to join our team as our Wellbeing Manager for our exclusive Aspria Louise club.

Our Aspria Louise Club is an exclusive urban sanctuary for adults located in historic Brussels. A vibrant, welcoming community with award-winning spa facilities, fitness, and workspaces. The club also offers a wide range of collective group classes and personalized advice from expert trainers.

About the role
As a Wellbeing Manager you are responsible for leading and managing the Wellbeing team.

You are also in charge of delivering a world class Well-being product that exceeds the expectations of all our members and guests and inspires them to enjoy the benefits of an active and healthy lifestyle.

Your responsibilities

You advise members, create training programs (inductions)
You supervise the Wellbeing team (5 Wellbeing Advisors and 7 Lifeguards) and floor
You manage administration such as payroll, invoices etc
You effect regular 121's with the team members and prepare the yearly performance review
You ensure appropriate planning and resource management by effective resourcing, shift coverage and vacation planning across Wellbeing (Wellbeing Advisors and Lifeguards)
You ensure appropriate planning and coverage of the collective class courses
You promote the Personal Trainers and other health experts that offer their services in the club
You manage and supervise the pilates studio and the consultation room
You take care of the maintenance of the fitness installations
You organize fitness related events and promote sport articles sold in the club

Requirements and skills

You are passionate about sports, leading a healthy lifestyle and interested in working for an exclusive brand where Customer Service is central
You have a degree or equivalent work experience in Sport related field
You have ideally (but not mandatory) 12 years of work experience in a similar position
You keep yourself up to date about workout trends, classes and fitness equipment
You ideally have experience in teaching collective courses
You can work autonomously, and you are stress resistant
You are fluent in French and English

- any other language is an asset

You are flexible and willing to occasionally work on evenings and weekends
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are a leader and team player
You have a high degree of cost awareness and have an analytical mind and posses negotiation skills
You are ambitious, dynamic and embrace change
