ORGANIZATION:

YOUR ROLE:


  • You manage various projects in compensation & benefits (salary policy, Flexplan, etc.).
  • You develop, communicate and maintain compensation policies, benefits, and processes.
  • You lead the performance review process, the budget proposals, and the preparation of the new wage data.
  • You monitor and analyze market trends to identify and develop opportunities for innovation and optimization of the salary package.
  • You work closely with other internal departments and external partners (payroll, finance, legal, tax, etc.)
  • You support the job classification processes.

YOUR PROFILE:


  • You have a relevant background in payroll and compensation & benefits; experience with job classification is an asset.
  • You have a good knowledge of social legislation and salary management procedures.
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with figures.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French.

PRACTICAL:


  • Contract type: freelance
  • Work regime: 4 to 5 days/week
  • Duration: 6 months, start in September
  • Location: East side of Brussels / remote
