ORGANIZATION:

YOUR ROLE:
- You manage various projects in compensation & benefits (salary policy, Flexplan, etc.).
- You develop, communicate and maintain compensation policies, benefits, and processes.
- You lead the performance review process, the budget proposals, and the preparation of the new wage data.
- You monitor and analyze market trends to identify and develop opportunities for innovation and optimization of the salary package.
- You work closely with other internal departments and external partners (payroll, finance, legal, tax, etc.)
- You support the job classification processes.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have a relevant background in payroll and compensation & benefits; experience with job classification is an asset.
- You have a good knowledge of social legislation and salary management procedures.
- You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with figures.
- You are fluent in Dutch and French.
PRACTICAL:
- Contract type: freelance
- Work regime: 4 to 5 days/week
- Duration: 6 months, start in September
- Location: East side of Brussels / remote
