Your duties as a security consultant

As a security consultant you will assist both internal colleagues and our business customers on site with your expertise in network security and cybersecurity.

Specifically, you are responsible for:

You support colleagues in creating architecture designs for offers or audits of the customer network.
You research customer questions and answer them with customised solutions and security services.
For security projects, you take on the role of technical project leader. You take care of further optimisation after integration and implementation.
You are involved in RFPs and SOWs for complex security services.
You visit our business customers as a technical expert to implement and optimise their solutions.
You get time to specialise further by attending training courses and certificates for our suppliers. You regularly coordinate with the suppliers.

... is a technical expert for both internal colleagues and our business customers when it comes to security.

You think and act at master level and have a background in computer science, telecoms, electronics or already have a nice experience in this.
Network security is a profession in which you are at home. Certificates proving this are a considerable added value.
You used to work with Palo Alto, Check Point or Cisco firewalls.
Managing projects within budget and on time is a matter of course for you, ideally you already have experience in this.
You are customeroriented and a real team player.
You communicate easily in Dutch and English, with French being a nice addition.
You are a good communicator in Dutch and English. French is a nice addition.
