Description
Software Packager

To reinforce the End-user Backbone squad, we are looking for an experienced Software Packager on a secure and multi-user environment.

In your role as Software Packager, you are responsible for:

- reviewing requests (Intake)
- organising the technical and business validations
- obtaining approval for the production launch
- documenting all steps and keeping the catalogue up to date

All of this within the committed timeframe.
You have a high sense of responsibility, take ownership over your packages and unblock any issues that arise. To do so a broad IT knowledge and customer-centric communication skills are mandatory.
You offer transparency to your clients, your team and the team leadership.

Qualifications:

Required technical skills:

Proven Packaging experience on multiuser environments such as Xenapp and Terminal server;
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell;
Very good administrator knowledge of the windows server operating systems (Win 2016/2019);
Operational knowledge of SCCM 2012;
Operational knowledge of Ivanti 2019 (Application manager, Environment manager, Performance manager and Personalisation);
Administrator knowledge of XenApp 7.15 LTSR or 19.12;
Operational knowledge of vSphere;

Your profile:

Fluent in English. Dutch and/or French are an asset;
Excellent communication skills towards clients, coworkers and management in an honest and transparent way;
Highly organised and proactive;
Analytical, solutionminded and delivery focused with the ability to recognise when deadlines are at risk;
Ability to work in a multicultural team;
Customer focused
