Abbott is recruiting an EMEA Professional Education Coordinator to be based in our EMEA Headquarter in Zaventem, Belgium.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management
  • Invoice/Finance management
  • Lead registration process via Cvent and keep attendee database up to date
  • Lead logístical, organizational activities for all programs
  • Ensure professional education programs are run respecting all compliance rules and have good documentation and filing of all key documents (agenda, presentations, attendance forms, etc).
  • Work on Monthly report
  • Keep sharepoint site up to date
  • Create communication collateral and ensure all goes through VEEVA process
  • Collaborate with local coordination team in support of all programs
  • Liaise with Marketing and MarCom to ensure brand and message consistency
  • Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness of Customer Education Program in collaboration with Education, MarCom and Digital Communication Teams
  • Maintain an online company voice through social media (i.e. twitter and LinkedIn campaign) in collaboration with the Digital MarCom Specialist

Your Profile:

  • University degree or equivalent in experience
  • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
  • Previous experience with project management or education roles is an asset;
  • Proven administrative skills; sense of ownership, accurate and discreet;
  • Able to prioritize, work to deadlines with good monitoring/reporting skills;
  • Good written / verbal communication skills;
  • Must be a team player, openminded and flexible;
  • Passionate and care about what we do.
  • English, other languages are an asset
