Job description:
Your key responsabilities:
- You follow up on the new regulations that are relevant and analyse them;
- You provide legal advice, including in the context of strategic initiatives;
- You draw up contracts and negotiate them ;
- You are in contact with internal and external stakeholders on legal and regulatory issues ;
Criteria:
Your profile:
- Master degree in Law ;
- You have over 5 years of experience in providing legal interim services in a specific domain ;
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English ;
- You are familiar with contract law ;
