As a ServiceNow IT Asset Management Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

Leading the definition of processes, based on ServiceNow best practices and standards
Capturing user requirement within the context of hte migration from legacy IT asset management toolings to ServiceNow
Creating a roadmap for the new and improved IT Asset Management processes withing the organisation
Testing all relevant ServiceNow compontents on a system and functional level, while also supporting the UAT (user acceptance testing)
Proposing how ServiceNow features can be leveraged to better support IT Asset Management
