What does this mean specifically?

Under the direction of the Team Leader Credits and within a team of 10 colleagues, you will perform the following tasks:

Complete and enter files into the management systems.
Followup dossier from approval to notary deed.
Contribute to the creation and optimization of protocols and procedures.
Timely processing of new requests (within 48 hours).
Timely feedback of individual inquiries from brokers and customers (within 48 hours).
Handling the file according to the correct procedures of the company concerned.
Follow up reminder procedure.
Act as point of contact for partner companies.

Profile

You have a Bachelor's degree in business management with at least 35 years of experience in the field or a Master's degree.
You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and you have a good knowledge of French.
You can work well in a team but also make decisions independently
You can think and act in a solutionoriented way
You are organizationally strong and have a sense of responsibility.
You have good communication skills both with colleagues and brokers.
