Position Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Payable (AP) Clerc with accounting experience to join our team.
Position to start in October.

In this function, you will report to the responsible of the department.

You will work closely with your team members and the finance team, and liaise with the colleagues of the different business units.

Key Responsibilities

One of the responsibilities will be quick, efficient and correct invoicing disciplines around accounts payables so that the suppliers' invoices are reconciled and paid in time.

Next to that, you are responsible for the correct and in -time financial in and out of media (mapping & matching) to ensure revenue for the company whilst giving support internally and internationally in order to have a smooth invoicing process.

You are also responsible for all accounting administration in order to have up-to-date accounting and invoicing information.

Desired Skills & Experience
DO YOU HAVE- prior and strong experience with accounting and invoicing?
- knowledge of SAP?
- the ability to express yourself in French, Dutch, and knowledge of English?
- outstanding administrative and organizational (quick - correct - pro-active) skills?
- a great sense of integrity (also in the follow up of existing processes)?
- excellent communication skills?
- patience, stress resistance and the ability to troubleshoot together with the responsible?
- flexibility and the ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks to completion under tight deadlines?
- the right team spirit?
