OwnershipThis encompasses Data Governance and Data Quality awareness programs, securing the Data Stewardship across all Data Domains and all Business entities and overseeing the master data definition and management.

You will be reporting to the Platform DevOps team lead.
Governance
Secure and continue with the Data Governance mission, vision and strategy
Execute Data Governance roadmap and secure continuous validation and adaptation
Further mature and develop data stewardship network and data domains
Establish policies, procedures, and rules related to data objects and fields across all data domains
Provide full support to various data stewards within the Group and Business Areas to achieve standardization (definitions, procedures, metrics) and data alignment thus forming a community of active, engaged, and enthusiastic data driven professionals
Define and promote Data Governance awareness and report on actionable, value added KPIs reflecting the Data
Secure close collaboration with the ongoing Master Data initiatives for Product Companies, Distribution Centers, and Customer Centers, leveraging across SAP Master Data Governance
Develop a data culture within the organization
Define process flows, dependencies, mappings for data objects across the different Data Domain
Look for ways to improve, standardize and harmonize data maintenance processes and procedures
Look for sustainable solutions rather than local fixes and collaborate closely with the Master Data

Profiel
Technology Experience

5+ Years of IS/IT, reporting data governance and related processes background.

Good knowledge of business intelligence, data warehouse concepts and data modelling are a must.

General knowledge of (SAP) ERP Platforms and the integration capabilities towards BW4HANA.

Knowledge of Data Governance tools are considered strong asset.

Educational requirements

University degree in Economics, ICT or Business Administration, or similar academic background.

Fluent in English. More languages are a plus
