In the context of the Cloud Migration, a Wave Scrum Master is needed to support the Migration of Applications from Legacy to Cloud environment.

The Wave Scrum Master is responsible of one or several Migration Waves.

The Wave Scrum Master will be part of the Cloud Migration team to ensure the migration of each Application follows the Migration process defined, is done on time and within budget.

Applications belong to several Tribes, meaning that a large amount of stakeholders and contributor, across the company have to be managed.

The Wave Scrum Master (WSM) is accountable for the realization of the migration of the Applications in her/his scope.

A series of deliverables are defined and part of the

Migration Process:
Architecture, Security, Release, Testing,. The WSM ensure availability of all the deliverables, observing scope, quality, costs and deadlines as foreseen in Migration Roadmap.

As part of the Cloud Migration Team, she/he contributes to the preparation of the Migration Board, shares feedback/lessons learned with other Wave Scrum Masters and ensure communication between the business and the different stakeholders.

Dutch
Sound knowledge of Dutch is a plus
French
Sound knowledge of French is a plus
English
Sound knowledge of English required

Experience working in IT
Experience in IT project Management
Experience managing different stakeholders
Knowledge of the IT process (Architecture, Testing, Release, ) and Agile methodology is a plus.
Knowledge of Cloud technology and IT Infrastructure is a plus
