Function:

For our site in Ghent (Skaldenstraat), we are looking for a Teamleader 2-shifts.

As teamleader you are responsible for the coordination of the logistics activities on the work floor. You manage a team of logístical employees to 20 warehouse workers).

  • Your tasks:_
  • You coordinate the various activities and maintain an overview at all times.
  • You let the daily processes run efficiently, smoothly and safely.
  • After some time you are able to contribute to proposals for improvement.
  • You ensure good communication and cooperation with the other teams.
  • You report to the site manager.

  • You have (a first experience) as a manager preferably in a logistics or production environment.
  • You are willing to work in 2 shifts (6h14h / 14h22h).
  • You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Experience as a forklift driver or a strong interest to learn this is a plus.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English.
  • A handson mentality is your second nature.
