Description:

As a junior assistant you will be supporting the Membership and Capacity Building teams.

You will be cleaning 1.400 duplicate profiles on the Sustainability Platform
You will be cleaning discrepancies between CRM/Sustainability Platform

Capacity Building Tasks:

Updating our webinar recordings on the Academy (Zoom recordings>Academy)
Creating links on Zoom for the trainings in H2 2023 and uploading them on the Academy
Creating a library with the presentations on the Dropbox
Updating the presentations on the Academy, making sure we have all languages there
Checking if the trainers set attendance for the trainings in H2=> contacting trainers
Academy course page inventory
Academy course page update/checklist: Making sure there are: tags, course objectives, feedback survey links, certificates, the recommendations for next training, the sessions are highlighted, there is a picture on each page.
Creating a summary of the participants for the Agricultural auditor training.
Creating trainer profiles in the CRM
Renaming files on the Capacity Building SharePoint

Monitoring tasks

Verifying auditor profiles and auditor qualification change requests
Editing auditor qualifications on the Sustainability Platform

Profile

You are a University Student or you just obtained your degree.
You have strong Excel skills.
You are highly fluent in English.
You are familiar with scientific papers and technical reports (considered a plus)
You are autonomous and well organized.
You are professional and detailoriented.
