    Beschrijving

    As Talent Acquisition Partner, you are responsible for the full life cycle of the recruitment and talent acquisition process. From sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations.

    Your responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the Hiring Manager, set up hiring approvals, vacancy profile and needed competencies.
  • Publish vacancies on the selected job boards or channels.
  • Coordinate the full talent acquisition cycle from A to Z
  • Execute CV screenings and 1st interviews.
  • Follow up on interviews done by the Hiring Manager and/or other involved parties.
  • Manage assessments needs and pre-employment checks
  • Give feedback to candidates, regarding the results of their interviews and potential next steps.
  • Proactively search for interesting candidates and convince them of Inchcape Belgium as employer.
  • Proactively build an external talent pipeline
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.

    • Your experience

  • A first experience in Talent Acquisition is needed.
  • Knowledge of competency-based interviewing
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Experience with Success Factor is an asset.
  • Hands-on and pragmatic
  • Quick learner and flexible
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
