Data & Insights is one of the growth areas for SD Worx, in which new products and services are being developed and established.

The goal is to generate value to our customers in the area of HR analytics, supporting both management and operational processes.

As such SD Worx is further monetizing on the available data and the expertise in the area.

In 2021, the development of new technological products has been initiated, including the setup of a cloud data platform for customers, and new version of the classic data and benchmark tools.

Starting with BE, this offering is targeted at all countries in which SD Worx is active, covering both SME as Mid-Market customers.

As a young initiative, Data & Insights has been able to develop very successful through an incubation track, with customer response exceeding expectations and already a nice set of subscriptions and consulting assignments.

Today, we are incorporated into the successful environment of SD Worx Consulting for which we need to grow the team ahead of schedule.

Your role
As a data & insights consultant, you assist customers in their HR data needs and provide advisory services. Doing so, you contribute to the further shaping and development of the SD Worx offering in this area.

Consulting
Autonomously providing consulting services to SD Worx customers in these domains:

KPI Delivery: Translate HR questions in specific data reports and dashboards, reate and maintain customers specific reports and analysis, responding both to ad-hoc as recurring customer requests and leveraging the value of the various data assets, and tools.

Co Create: Support the customers in their journey to set up and maintain HR reporting, analysis and dashboard solutions, train the customers, advise on potential improvements and hands on assistance of the customer in his own environment.

Assessment: Advising customers on their approach to HR analytics, aligning with company strategy and objectives, reflecting on related HR processes, AS-IS

TO-BE, reflecting on data streams and data quality and identifying potential and formulating a plan of attack.

Business Development

Grow our service delivery offering and continuously search for improvements
Support and train colleagues in delivering customer advisory
Contribute to product roadmap by providing insights on customer needs
Assist in presales work, explaining the value and possibilities of our offering to prospects

Your profile

Experience:

2+ years of experience on HR and payroll topics
You have shown decent affinity with data exploration assignments and reporting (eg in Excel)
You are able to bridge any technical complexity for the customer, explaining solutions and techniques to nontechnical people.
Commercial attitude, understand the skill of asking the question behind the question.
Creative thinking and always on the lookout for new ideas
Basic understanding of databases
Very good knowledge of English & Dutch, French is a very good plus

You will learn

Deeper understanding of the business intelligence domain
Working with tools such as PowerBI and Tableau, PowerQuery, Powerpivot.
More in depth understanding of databases, dimensional modelling (Kimball) and ETL practices.
