ORGANIZATION:


  • Life science sector

YOUR ROLE:


  • You will be the primary HR contact for the business leaders to support the business priorities.
  • You will give day to day support and guidance to leaders, teams and employees within
the departments.

  • You will consult, support and coach leaders and executives in all matters related to
people management, including but not limited to attracting, onboarding and developing
talent, building effective team(s) and supporting team/organizational changes.

  • As a strategic HR partner, you will participate in and contribute to the staffing planning
discussions.

  • You will support the business leaders in driving team performance/effectiveness and
talent management, advocating an open feedback culture.

  • You will play an active role in cocreating and optimizing futureproof HR processes in
line with the company's growth and needs.

  • You will partner with HR colleagues across regions and functions to ensure one HR
voice and aligned ways of working (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Culture, ).


YOUR PROFILE:


  • You have a relevant track record as HRBP.
  • You have experience with the Life Science industry.
  • You easily connect with stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in English.

PRACTICAL:


  • Contract type: freelance
  • Work regime: 4 to 5 days/week
  • Remote / Gent
  • Duration: approx 7 months
