Will you empower teams to embrace agile principles, enhance collaboration, and achieve higher levels of efficiency and innovation?

As an
Agile coach at iO, you will be fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, you will contribute to the growth of the teams and the success of agile initiatives and transformation.

You will
collaborate with leadership
and
teams to assess current agile maturity and identify areas for improvement
You will
guide teams in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies
You will
provide coaching, training, and mentoring to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other team members
You will
facilitate workshops, training sessions, and interactive sessions to educate teams on agile concepts and practices
You will
identify and address organizational impediments that hinder agile transformation and team productivity
You will
foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to experiment, learn, and adapt
You will
collaborate with teams to optimize their processes, workflows, and practices, ensuring efficient and valuedriven delivery
You will
coach teams and individuals on effective collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution
You will
monitor and track Agile metrics to measure progress and identify areas for refinement
You will
act as a mentor and advisor to Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters across the organization
You will
provide daytoday, handson support to Scram Masters

The team:

You will be part of iO Consultancy and will be fully dedicated to work for one of our clients in e-commerce.

This is a
fully remote position, however, you will be supported by the iO team who will guide and help you whenever you would have questions.

Wat je meebrengt als Agile coach

Relevant
certification (e.g. ICAgile, Certified Enterprise Coach, etc.)

-
Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role, guiding agile transformations and driving change in software development and delivery environments

Strong
understanding
of
various
agile
methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe Strong interpersonal, coaching, and facilitation skills

Experience in guiding others **to deal with situations of conflict, ambiguity, and uncertainty

Ability to inspire and motivate teams towards self-organization and continuous improvement

Experience in using
collaboration
tools such as Confluence, Jira, Miro,....
Experience in creating visualization & reporting across multiple squads
Experience in configuring & administrating collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, Miro...
Fluent in English — spoken and written
