Join Dynafin Consulting, a leading consultancy firm specializing in finance, banking, and insurance, as we expand our team of card experts. Our client is seeking a Product Manager - Cards to drive the roadmap for card-related services, with a particular focus on this domain.**

Your Responsibilities:


  • Define the roadmap for cardrelated services in collaboration with partners and clients, leveraging data, market studies, and user needs.
  • Ensure an endtoend approach to services, aligning the roadmap with the company's overall strategy and translating needs into tangible features.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for service partners, negotiating agreements, tracking delivery projects, and establishing appropriate governance.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop a cuttingedge user experience, testing assumptions with users and ensuring technical feasibility with architects.
  • Identify and resolve potential dependencies with other products or features, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Design the underlying business model for each service and manage the relationship with external suppliers for development and delivery of features.
  • Define the marketing strategy for new services in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of products, features, and services, defining key performance indicators and monitoring their postlaunch performance.

Profil:


Your profile
- **Master's degree** in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
-
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the credit and debit card industry.

Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English
:


  • Work experience in the banking payments domain.
  • Previous experience collaborating with external parties.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Customeroriented, capable of thinking from the user's perspective.
  • Analytical skills to make decisions and establish priorities.
  • Flexibility and ability to quickly integrate feedback.
  • Curiosity and deep understanding of the market.
  • Maturity and ability to independently solve problems.
  • Ability to understand complex business models and propose partnerships.
