Beschrijving

Functie:

Responsible for operating the switchboard and the reception and for receiving visitors. Render support to the Management Secretary.

Office
- handle all incoming calls + switchboard;
- welcome all visitors;
- distribute mail (incoming & outgoing incl. parcels and all courier shipments);
- follow up administrative print/ internal templates;
- follow up and order all office equipment/ other supplies (kitchen,...);
- follow up daily facilities issues (f.i. regarding lightning, bathroom, elevator, multifunctionals,);
- administration local storage (ground floor, incl. deliveries);
- follow up external company archive (incl. 1x/year take in & shredding);
- taxi and hotel bookings (local & international);
- collect offers for miscellaneous office services (regarding new/ change of contracts);
- contact point employees for all practical matters (technical problems, car keys, return/collect IT material, lending Jabra,);
- first aid supply;
- follow up time registration system (daily & other);
- evacuator.

Marketing (functional supervision by the HoM)

Consumer Service (Retail & Professional)

- process and follow-up of the queries & complaints;
- prepare reports;
- prepare & send parcels.

General Marketing support

- overall administrative support marketing tasks (packaging, marketing texts, coupons, briefings agencies, one pagers,);
- manage stock & basic marketing materials (gadgets, coupons, stickers,);
- assist on preparing internal tastings.

Profiel:

Bachelor or vocational training.
Work experience: No relevant work experience (first work experience is a plus).
Languages: Dutch, French & English mandatory. German is a plus.
Further qualifications: Friendly and professional appearance and behaviour, good communication skills, customer oriented, strong

coordination skills.
