- Good knowledge of
government procurement regulations, specifically for services and supplies. - Experience with
Navision (ERP package) and SAP4H is a plus
- Good negotiation skills.
- Experience or affinity with
IT is preferred.

Excellent knowledge (spoken and written) of Dutch.
