About the role

We are searching for a passionate
Senior
HR Partner / HM Manager to strengthen the team in our fast-growing site in Lessines
.

As a Senior HR Partner, you are a key partner for our internal stakeholders, playing a critical role in transforming our organization.

Your primary responsibility is to provide
strategic and operational HR support, engaging with different stakeholders and fostering a culture of engagement and talent development.

exceptional employee experience is at the heart of everything you do.

How you will contribute

Establish strong and trusting relationships with internal stakeholders by being a
recognized and reliable partner, understanding their needs and providing strategic HR guidance.
Support
organizational transformation by developing and implementing human resources strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
Provide
coaching to leaders and their teams in leadership development, change management and organizational capacity building.
Develop and implement
a strategic workforce planning, identifying talent strengths and needs to prepare the site for the future.
Create impact through solid
performance management: assess data and present insights and recommendations on leadership effectiveness and performance. Help leaders having quality conversations with their teams to ensure they perform at the expected level and recognize great contributions.
Manage the entire
talent management cycle, including talent identification, assessment, development, and retention within the organization.
Play a crucial role in
talent development. Your main responsibility is to design and implement talent development programs that foster employee growth & satisfaction and address business needs.
Manage
employee relations positively by fostering a collaborative environment, dealing with social questions fairly and finding the right balance between employees and Takeda interests. Collaborate closely with the Advisory Group leading social relations at Belgian level.
Actively contribute to the creation and implementation of agile
HR programs and
practices aimed at improving the employee experience and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
Monitor
HR trends and best practices, recommending and implementing continuous improvements to support organizational goals.
