Your tasks

Work within the agile process and is the final authority for decisions regarding priority, business value, and functionality for all the work done by the agile development team;
Propose solutions by combining IT tools and business process refactoring or improvements based on an indepth understanding of a specific business domain;
Create, maintain, prioritize, and sequence the product backlog based on business value or return of investment;
Create user stories and acceptance tests from themes and features granular enough for a single sprint;
Participate in retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrumrelated meetings;
Develop, maintain standards for testing and provide progress reporting;
Assist in the prioritization and resolution of defects / bugs.

Requirements:

Master's degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 13 years of relevant working experience in IT;
At least five years of experience in the HR business domain, specializing in the implementation of time management solutions;
Experience with large, enterpriselevel multiuser Information Systems;
Experience in Agile;
Excellent knowledge of agile toolbox (JIRA, Confluence, BigPicture, Gliffy, Balsamiq, etc.);
Excellent knowledge of Oracle database technologies (SQL and PL/SQL);
Knowledge in managing the endtoend lifecycle of a software product from conception through development, launch, and iteration;
Knowledge in interpreting and utilizing data to make product decisions;
One of the following certifications is mandatory: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), SAFe Product Owner or equivalent;
The following certifications: ITIL, Project management certification such as Prince2, PM2, would be considered an asset;
Excellent command of the English and French language.
