About the Role

The Senior Project Manager Corp Engineering manages all aspects of multiple largescale and complex projects, EndtoEnd and mostly over the different regions.
Key Responsibilities Include
The Senior Project Manager Corp Engineering collaborates with Project Engineering Regional Directors, Project Managers, BD managers, Osco managers,... who are dealing with scoping and managing projects in their given region/business unit.
He is in an advisory position towards the regional engineering teams as well for best practices in technical engineering, process as project managerial skills.
Roles:
Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing complex and multiple projects; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems, and minimize delays. Identify, develop, and gather resources to complete the project.
Supports the BC organization in the development of technical standards according to the business strategy. He ensures the principal standards are known and understood.
Collaborates with Regional Experts to improve safety, sustainability, and quality
Collaborate with Technical Sourcing for strategic purchasing and develop longterm partnership
Coaches and oversees corporate projects. Assist the regional engineering and BD departments with footprint

- and Masterplan studies and the basic design for principal processes

Responsibilities:
Collaborates on the standardization and design of equipment and production processes. Facilitates and supports the BC standard communities.
Generates concepts for the BC long term strategy for the factory of the future in terms of flows and manufacturing processes
Assists the regional management in the process of making master plans, factory footprints
Supports the collaboration with the preferred suppliers for the main processequipment
Scope:
Corporate, hence all BC factories
Chocolate, Cocoa, Spec & deco

About You

Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent through experience
Certification in project management
10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, food processing industry
5+ years experience in managing the Engineering department or different technical departments
Leadership experience (situational leadership )
Technical skills to understand and develop all core processes
Basic accounting & budgeting skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite, SAP, and engineering software
Stakeholder management
English advanced level
Operational experience in the food processing area is a plus
Background in TPM, Lean, Six Sigma,is a plus
