Do you have experience in customer service in logistics? Are you open for a temporary contract of months? Is the chemical sector something for you? Our client, an international giant in chemicals, is looking for a Customer Service Specialist

Your tasks:

For customers, you are the point of contact for solutions and requests.
You ensure correct documentation for movements between production and storage sites, especially for dangerous goods.
Liaise with Sales, Product Marketing and Supply Chain departments to coordinate on terms and conditions, product availability, prices, credit limits, payment terms, etc.
Processing complaints and documentation requests (questionnaires, certifications, etc.) after sales.

You ensure the optimisation of the logistics cycle by:

processing sales orders in the system.

- organising the transports and their logístical aspects.
- maintaining contacts between different departments.
- providing timely information to the customer.

The job is 80% orderprocessing and 20% logistics.

Wat wij van jou vragen:

- excellent knowledge of English
- experience in Customer Service in logistics
- a professional Bachelor's degree
