Function:

For our site in Evergem (Delori-Maeslaan) we are looking for a team leader in 2 shifts.

As a team leader you are responsible for coordinating the logistics activities on the work floor.
You manage a team of logistics employees to 20 warehouse workers).

Your tasks: _
Keeping an overview of the warehouse activities and managing a team of warehouse employees.
The smooth, efficient and safe running of the daily processes.
Over time you will be able to contribute to suggestions for improvement.
You report to the site manager.
Ensuring good communication and cooperation with the other teams.

Competencies in the job..._
Experience as a manager (preferably in a logistics or production environment).
Willingness to work in a 2shift system (6 am2 pm / 2 pm10 pm).
Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English. Other languages are a plus.
A forklift / reach truck certificate is a plus.
You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
