As the New Business Manager Collision in the BeLux Team, you will
generate profitable growth in the allocated region and segment through direct sales as well as sales through distribution.

Success will be measured in terms of
net sales and
net new wins, achieved in line with corporate, SBU and local
strategies and focus.


This is a remote position reporting to the Sales Manager, Collision.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Strategic
    focus on winning new business:"hunting" in segment and making sure support infrastructure is put in place to manage those accounts (80/20 approach to new wins/existing business support).

Driving segment pipeline in assigned sales region/sub-region.

  • Responsible for
    driving approvals/influencer deals into region to maximise network conversions/penetration.
  • Driving high level relationships at
    target "top industry" segment customers and collaborating with segment Business Development Managers to maximise these opportunities.
  • Collaborating closely with Technical Account Managers to support increased SOW gain in existing accounts using approval portfolio and influencer relationships in strategic accounts.
  • Responsible for working closely with Business Development Managers in defining new influencers/approval targets and for executing those agreed under responsibility.
  • Responsible for logging all customer meetings to meet quantitative and qualitative targets.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Five (5+) years or more of sales experience within chemical, industrial, or automotive environments
  • Excellent communicator at all levels, written and verbal
  • High level presentation skills
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Computer user for Microsoft Office and similar products
  • Languages: Dutch, English, French
