About the job:

As Key Account Manager Retail, your role will be to ensure the management of assigned key clients, guaranteeing that turnover, price, and promotional investments are in line with the targets received.

You will guarantee the strategic development of customer relationships and loyalty.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

  • Build and monitor the Customer Plans of each assigned client to define the sales strategies
  • Ensures that the sales plans are implemented in line with the approved Customer Plan, assigned targets, and agreed sales strategies
  • Defines the assortments & promotional plans with the clients, for both offline and online channels (brick & click), and ensures their correct implementation
  • Systematically verifies sales trends, identifies, and performs the most appropriate corrective actions to achieve the assigned targets
  • Manage the sales forecast according to the client needs and the forecast accuracy targets received
  • Coordinates with Field Sales Managers for achieving predefined objectives
  • You have already some experience in FMCG.
  • You have a solid customer focus attitude with excellent relationship & negotiation skills
  • Outstanding ability to understand and implement a sales strategy and drive sales performance.
  • Open and dynamic, analytical, service minded, teamoriented
  • Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
