Your Role :Over the course of our 2-year Management Trainee Program, you'll have the opportunity to develop a wide range of essential knowledge and skills. This Management Traineeship offers you the kickstart for your career, either national or international

Your Responsibilities:

Indepth understanding of various operations and logistic processes.
Advanced personal leadership skills such as selfawareness, effective communication, and collaboration.
Project management expertise.
Effectively driving customer engagement and retention.
Comprehensive knowledge of our systems and technologies.

Your Skills and Experiences:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or similar.
About to graduate or have less than 2 years of working experience.
A born communicator, with an analytical mindset.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Dutch. Proficiency in French is a plus.
MS Excel proficient
