Main Responsibilities
As a
Project Manager at Serco, you will play a pivotal role in managing projects for our prestigious partner EEAS in Brussels

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and overseeing the implementation, coordination, and delivery of projects within IT and government sectors, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
Utilizing your expertise in project management to drive successful outcomes, managing interim projects and program management across various domains.
Identifying and mitigating project risks through effective risk management methodologies.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to optimize project performance and achieve project objectives.
Utilizing project management tools such as MS Project, PBS, and PERT to plan, monitor, and track project progress effectively.
Ensuring the implementation of secure infrastructures and projects for defense, government, or financial organizations, adhering to established security protocols.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
PRINCE2 Practitioner certification or its equivalent.

Technical Expertise:

Minimum 5 years of demonstrated project management experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience using project management tools such as MS Project, PBS, PERT.
Minimum 4 years of experience in implementing secure infrastructures or projects for defense, government, or financial organizations.

Languages:

Fluent in written and oral English at C1 level.
Proficient in written and oral French at B2 level.

Additional Information:

Willingness to obtain certification in Security Classified Information Mandatory Briefing (CLIMB) within 12 months if not already certified.
Commitment to obtaining certification in Serco Essential Security training within 12 months and completing the annual refresh.
