Your mission:

As an HR Generalist you'll be a part of Intigriti's growing People Team.

We're looking for an HR professional that has a broad knowledge of the full HR spectrum, from onboarding to payroll and from compensation to compliancy.

If you have a passion for HR, are familiar with employment law and best practice policies and want to work in a fast-paced and tech-savvy environment, this is the place to be.

What you'll be doing:

Draft and maintain employment contracts, legal documents and employee records.
Administer compensation and employee benefit plans.
Manage our HRIS and look for optimisations to avoid manual work.
Welcome new joiners and conduct their onboarding in way they feel most welcomed.
Develop and implement HR policies to ensure compliancy with labour regulations.
Be the SPOC for our UK hub and remote employees and resolve any issues that may arise.

What you'll bring:

Approx. 4+ years experience as a HR Generalist or Specialist in a international environment.
Deep understanding of employment laws, general human resources policies and procedures in the UK.
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and people skills.
Experience with modern HRIS systems (e.g. Personio) will be a plus.
Understanding of BE and/or NL labour laws is a big plus.
