Job Description:

What you'll learn and do?

Together with a team of junior and senior associates, you will work on various client assignments related to the employment of staff in Belgium.
6070% of your time will be spend on assisting clients to meet all their obligations while employing people in Belgium or seconding employees abroad. This not only concerns registration formalities, but also payroll processing or audit, immigration formalities, social security, etc. The remaining 3040% will be filled in with the search of new leads via business development and people management of the more junior people within the team.
Your daily work will bring you in contact with people of varying cultures and nationalities which will help you to build a local and international network within Vialto Partners.

Qualifications:

Who you are?

Master's/bachelor's degree in Legal Practice, Accounting/Taxation, Social Work, Human Resources, etc.
You have acquired minimum 6 years of experience in international payroll compliance (local payroll, expat payroll, shadow payroll, split payroll,) nice to have: experience in a consultancy office.
You like the yes we can attitude and you are a natural team player with every intention to build an interesting and challenging career.
Fluent in Dutch/French and English
You have strong communication skills and are client oriented.
You are business & critical minded and have a handson attitude.
You are wellorganized, stress resistant and able to meet (tight) deadlines.
You are responsible for your and others' development
