Position:
Sales Manager - Belgium and Export

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of approximately 10 B2B Sales professionals
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Belgium and Export markets
Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization

Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B sales management
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Resultsdriven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Fluent in Nutch, French and English

Job Types:

Salary:
€6.500,00 - €9.000,00 per month
