Are you a people person with a passion for creating unforgettable holiday experiences? We're on the lookout for a dynamic and customer-centric individual to fill our seasonal receptionist role.

As the first point of contact for our valued guests, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring their journey starts and ends with a splash of excellence.

What You'll Be Doing:

Warmly Welcome Guests: Greet and assist customers during boarding and return formalities, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere from the get-go.

Smooth Payments: Navigate the waters of payment processes with ease. Manage customer payments seamlessly, ensuring a stress-free financial journey for our guests.

Boating Schedule: Collaborate in establishing daily and weekly departure schedules using our cutting-edge Neptune reservation software. Keep the Neptune database shipshape by updating customer and cruise information daily.

Cruise Concierge: Provide expert advice on itineraries, share exciting tourist information, and distribute satisfaction questionnaires for valuable feedback.

Organizational Maestro: Contribute to the smooth operation of the reception desk and facilitate smooth communication between the quay and the reception area.

What We're Looking For:

Skills, Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications, and Training:

Multilingual Marvel: Fluent in English, Dutch and/or German, French would be beneficial, any other language knowledge is a bonus
