Your Role as a Business Analyst:
Working closely with our clients, you will design and implement new business processes

Your responsibilities include:

Organizing workshops to present solutions to clients.
Establishing functional and technical analyses that serve as the project specifications.
Frequently communicating project progress.
Assessing risks and anticipating solutions to mitigate them.
Ensuring the quality of delivered work and adherence to budgets.
Motivating your teams to excel.
Training clients and documenting processes.
Providing maintenance support.

Your Goal:
To build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.

Your Profile:

To succeed in this role, you should have a positive, solution-focused mindset and:

Fluency in at least two of the following languages: French, Dutch, English.
A customeroriented approach and service spirit.
Negotiation skills and a sense of compromise.
A desire for sincere and lasting relationships that enable progress.
A true interest for ERP and software implementation
A minimum of 2 years' experience in an industrial environment and production management, in finance or ecommerce.
