Purpose of the Job:

Puilaetco is looking for a Sales Banker for the working area Flanders.

You are an experienced and entrepreneurial Sales Banker, you dare to have your own vision and interpretation of the profession.

You have a passion for the job and know how to put the customer first at all times and act as a trusted advisor.

You feel at home in the market area and in a commercial, results-oriented environment.


Key Accountabilities:

You research and identify new target groups. You approach potential clients and make appointments with prospects (cold acquisition). You manage the professional handling of new contacts. You develop and give presentations for (potential) clients
and promote the bank's quality image on the basis of professional image and expertise.
You are a generalist with expertise and you enjoy working independently in your market area.

You approach your clients and prospects proactively, advise, inform and generate sales of all services offered by or through the bank.

This approach places high demands on you, both in terms of knowledge and skills. Full of enthusiasm, you work on the further development of Puilaetco and your own career. You enjoy and have experience in building a relevant business network. You are a team player who enjoys working with the bankers in your team and other financial specialists.


Knowledge and Experience:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • You have experience with 'cold' acquisition in the sense of approaching potential relations
  • You have an extensive and highquality personal network in our target group

  • Insight into relevant developments within financial markets and products
  • You have good knowledge of the problems of the target group
