Truly global - The J&J Treasury Services group consists of Corporate Treasury Services (based in the US) and Regional Treasury Services (based in EMEA, US, Latin America & the Asian Pacific Region). The Global Treasury Services Center completes that picture, based in Belgium, but providing services for all branches and affiliates worldwide.

Treasury Accounting is the center-of-excellence for J&J worldwide. It provides standardized treasury accounting, reporting and analysis processes across all Treasury Centers.

Risk Control and Compliance is the transactions backbone of the treasury organization. We carry out all processing of treasury transactions (FX, money market, intercompany loans, etc.) worldwide.

Harnessing sophisticated internal processes and systems, the
Exposure Management team looks after J&J's worldwide currency position.

The Global Settlements team takes care of all commercial payments, both within the J&J group and to third-party vendors and suppliers.

The Cash Management team is responsible for our intercompany lending activities. This includes providing working capital, investments and acquisitions where needed.

The Regional Treasury Services Center (RTSC) is first contact and business partner in supporting J&J operating companies in the EMEA-countries. Our job involves cash management, bank relations, foreign currency risk, capital structure management, dividend repatriation and divestitures.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, with no more than 2 years relevant business experience in an international environment
Proven financial, analytical, and digital skills with focus on results
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
Comfortable working in ambiguity
Flexible, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines
Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
Selfmotivated and keen to grow and develop
A passion to drive innovative solutions
